How long does shipping take?

US orders typically arrive within 5–8 business days from the date your order ships. Processing takes 1–3 business days, so total time from order to delivery is usually 6–11 business days. International orders take 10–21 business days depending on destination.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — free shipping on all US orders over $75, automatically applied at checkout. No code needed.

Will I get a tracking number?

Yes. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order leaves our fulfillment partner. Allow 24–48 hours for tracking to activate.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition. Sale items and digital products are final sale.

How do I start a return?

Do you offer exchanges?

Yes — for size exchanges on apparel, we’ll ship the new size as soon as we receive the original item back. Email us to get started.

Are the car care products (BLACKLINE) compatible with all vehicles?

Yes. The BLACKLINE foam cannon works with any standard pressure washer (1,200+ PSI), and the microfiber drying towel and wheel brush are safe for all paint types, clear coats, and wheel finishes.

How does the SYB EMF protection actually work?

SYB products use SaferBody™ shielding fabric, which is lab-tested to attenuate EMF radiation up to 20 GHz. The shielding is on the body-facing side of the product, so it reduces the radiation directed at you while your phone remains fully functional for calls and data.

Are the G West shirts true to size?

G West runs in an intentionally oversized silhouette. If you prefer a more fitted look, size down one. Check the size guide on each product page for measurements.
