Returns & Refunds Policy

Our 30-Day Return Policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If you don’t, we’ll make it right. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return eligible items for a refund or exchange.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unworn and unwashed
• In its original condition with all tags attached
• In the original packaging (where applicable)

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Items marked as final sale
• Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery
• Digital products

How to Start a Return

1. Email thennessy01@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
2. We’ll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions
3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method
4. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Processing time after we receive your return is typically 5–7 business days. You’ll receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed. Note: original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

For size exchanges on apparel, email us and we’ll hold your replacement size while your return is in transit. Exchanges ship once we receive the original item.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at thennessy01@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you — no return required.
